Easy Billing for All Major Payers
Barnestorm’s fully web-enabled Electronic Health Records System performs all required billing to Medicare, Medicaid, MCOs, and Private Insurance. Our billing system creates a batch of all eligible patients, supplies, and charges that are ready for billing, and creates a standard-format electronic file to upload to the payer. Our system also allows you to load remittance advice in batches, which it will then parse into individual patient accounts.

Mobile Applications for Healthcare in the Field
Healthcare staff may conduct patient assessments and required forms, such as EVV, PCPs, OASIS, and 485s from devices in the patient’s home. The patient may sign the visit note and their signature will apply to that visit only and be recorded on the electronic record as well as the printed copy.
For home care tasks and mental health notes, we also have a mobile app that allows clinicians to document visits in their smartphones. This app tracks the GPS location of the clinician for reporting and validation purposes.
