Adding a SOC OASIS Late

You can use this feature if a SOC OASIS needs to be added after the appropriate entry time. (Note: Sometimes if you use the Shift Chart # the new chart number may not have a SOC OASIS--this is an example of when you would use the following procedure.)

  1. Select the patient who needs the SOC OASIS.
  2. Click the OASIS button on the main menu. The OASIS screen will open. 
  3. Click the New button. A button will appear that says Create a SOC.
  4. Set the MO090 date to the correct date and then click the OK button.
  5. Complete the OASIS questions.
