I have serial Numbers that Medicaid hasn't picked up

Call NC Tracks Provider Center at 800-688-6696--you will need your NPI number for provider verification.

If your batch has not been received, follow these instructions to resend:

- Go to Billing > HIPAA Transactions >  Edit Serial Numbers, select the file you want to resend, and click Erase Transmit Info.

- Go to Billing >  HIPAA Transactions >  Transmit to NC Medicaid and resend file.
