Print Previously Exported OASIS


This feature is for OASIS that have been exported, unexported and modified and then exported again.  You can print a previous OASIS answer sheet from the Admin screen (when the old OASIS no longer shows up under the OASIS screen). All you need is the patients name or chart number, the exported Doc ID and the export date.  The Export OASIS file must be in the correct location in order for this feature to work. This will only work for OASIS that have been exported. 

Go to Barnestorm Office > Admin > Fix OASIS Doc ID.

Enter the patient’s chart number or search for the patients name.

Enter the Exported Doc ID.

Modify the Export dates as needed

Click on the Search button.

A list of the exported OASIS will appear in a list - as long as the exported OASIS file is located in the correct path – this can be found under Admin > Export OASIS > Agency Setup for Export.  The files should be located in the folder listed at the bottom of this screen.  If not, it may be archived in a folder within that path and you’ll have to recover the file in order to print it.

The list will show the OASIS export file name.  And below that it will show you which OASIS correction number of the OASIS.  To print the OASIS answer sheet, select one of the OASIS export files and then click on the Print button at the top, right corner of the screen.  The OASIS preview will appear. Click on the printer icon to print the answer sheet.
