You can print a summary of services sheet for the patient. This is an excellent way to provide patients with information required.
The information in this report will be pulled from the most recent episode in Barnestorm.
Some of the information that will appear on the summary:
- The patient's case manager
- Patient demographics
- Doctor and pharmacy information
- Supplies / Safety Measures / Nutrition / Allergies / Orders / Goals
How to pull up the report:
- Pull up the patient from the Select Patient screen
- Click the 485 tab
- Select the 485 episode
- Click the Service Summary button
- Click on the printer icon to send the summary to the printer
Additional options will be to copy the text to the clipboard on your machine so that you can paste it elsewhere and edit it as needed. The main reason for this feature is so that you can modify the information as needed.
- Select the 485 episode
- Check the box to copy the text "Copy Service Summary to the Clipboard"
- Select the Service Summary button
- A message will tell you that the text is on the clipboard - click on Ok
- You may paste the text elsewhere in Barnestorm or other programs by right clicking in the area you want the text and then click on Paste
- Note that the preview does not appear when you have the box checked
