01.18 Patients With Oxygen


How to Run the Report

From Barnestorm Office click on Reports > Patient > 01.18 Patients with Oxygen.  This report will display patients on Oxygen, and will also display if any of those, on the list, have Smoke Alarms.

NOTE:  The Oxygen information is entered under the Respiratory section within the assessment note.  The Smoke Alarm information can be entered within the assessment, under Pt Contact Info>Envirornment; OR in Barnestorm Office under Background/Environment tab.

1.  From/Thru= Enter your desired From and Thru date range.  

2.  Program / Payer / Team / Employee = Enter code number(s), or leave blank to select All.

3.  Active Patients Only = Uses the last 60 days of assessments. 

4.  County(s) = Enter the 1-2 digit county code.  Separate 

How to Read the Report

1.  Chart = Assigned chart number of patient.

2.  Patient's Name = Patient's name.

3.  County = Patient's county.

4.  Case Manager = Employee assigned as primary employee on the Referral.

5.  Last Oxy = Date of visit where oxygen was last documented.

6.  O2Prn = Amount of oxygen, if documented.

7.  O2hs = Amount of oxygen, if documented.

8.  O2Cont = Amount of oxygen, if documented.

9.  Last Stat = Date of most recent assessment with an oxygen rate recorded. 

10. Smoke Alarm Status = States "Smoke Alarm" or "No Smoke Alarm Info Documented."  See NOTE above for where this information can be documented in Barnestorm.
