Employee Cannot Receive CCNs from Office staff or POC users


The Problem:  There was a dash in employee's name

a.  Go to Codes> Other Basic Codes > Employees and remove the dash.  Ex:  Jones, Lindsey-Lohun
b.  Pull up that employee under Codes > Security > Logins (to refresh the settings)
c.  Make sure the spelling of employee is correct under employee and empid tables
d.  Corrections automatically post for Office users.  If employee is in POC, they will need to sync to get the update.
e.  Verify user can now receive CCNs.
