This report displays a list of orders that have been marked as "returned by fax."  For this report to be accurate, this global setting:  "0100 485s/Orders Received by Fax Considered as Received by Mail, will need to be set to False.  Otherwise, when you mark an order as received by fax, it will be marked as received by mail, and they will not be displayed on this report.  The global setting has to be set, prior to marking the order as received by fax.  Please have the appropriate member of your staff to verify this setting, in Barnestorm Office, under Codes>Security>Global Settings>485s. 

Howto Run the Report

From Barnestorm Office, click on Reports > Orders > 50.03 Orders Returned By Fax.

Print the Report

Click the "Print the Report" tab.  

How to Read the Report

o   Chartnum = Chart number.

o   Patname = Patient name.

o   Ordernum= Order Number.

o   Doctor = Code of the doctor assigned to the order.

o   Issue Date = Effective date of order.

o   Mailed_dt = Date the order was marked as mailed. 

o   Mailed2_dt =Date the order was mailed, for a second time.If order was mailed only once, this field will be blank.

o   Faxreturn_dt =Date the order was marked as “returned by fax.”
