Barnestorm staff often work after hours to complete customer requests and handle support in a timely manner. However, we value our staff and seek work-life balance to prevent burnout. Therefore, when all Barnestorm staff have worked overtime in a given week, we may close early on Friday.
Any requests received after hours or when Barnestorm is closed will be handled in order received during the next business day. Our ticket request, knowledgebase, and YouTube training systems are available 24/7.
